KROSS Esker 2.0 in 2023 is a continuation of the thought that guided us when designing previous models of this expedition bike. It's a lot of minor modifications and a novelty - a 10-row cassette and the biggest change - a carbon fork.

The Esker family bikes are characterized by extremely comfortable riding on the road and off-road, efficient power transfer to the drive and predictable behavior in all conditions. So that he could take everyone to even the wildest regions. That's why we equipped it with the proven and reliable MICROSHIFT RD-M6205GM derailleur and Tektro mechanical disc brakes. Thanks to this solution, you will be able to make repairs even in the largest wilderness. The set is complemented by a ten-row cassette MICROSHIFT CS-H103.

KROSS Esker 2.0 is a frame made of solid aluminum - this is the better aluminum alloy 6061 it's an excellent compromise between high rigidity and low weight. It is characterized by high resistance to external conditions, fractures and impacts. A fork made of carbon - will definitely improve the pleasure of riding. For an already comfortable solution, we have selected components that further improve comfort off-road. One of them is a wide handlebar with a flare (widening downwards) to help maintain control of the bike in heavier conditions. Our gravel is also wide tires – we equipped it with 1.5\" tires.

Proven solutions

To ensure the greatest usability, the KROSS Esker 2.0 gravel bike has all the solutions that should be found in this type of bikes. Listening to the advice of cycling experts, we have provided our bike with numerous mounts to facilitate the installation of additional baskets for water bottles, rack, fenders or other elements of additional equipment.

To give it full versatility, we left plenty of tyre space in the frame and fork. To help maintain stability off-road, we decided to increase the wheelbase relative to our road bikes or CX. Finally, to ensure the pleasure of riding for people for whom bikepacking is new, we used a wide range of gears. The whole is complemented by the WTB Sport Volt saddle, adapted for off-road riding.
