Both during commuting to work and during long trips in the company of loved ones. KROSS Evado 5.0 is a bike to which you can easily mount a rack and set off on a long journey. It will also allow you to quickly move around the city thanks to the high-quality drive used, and the comfortable geometry combined with a suspension fork will allow you to ride pleasantly even on the worst bike paths.

Built for a comfortable ride

KROSS Evado 5.0 was created to make you enjoy every kilometer of the route you set off. That's why we equipped it with a high-quality Shimano drive with a three-row crank and a nine-speed cassette. Thanks to this, 27 gears have been put at your disposal to enable comfortable driving in any terrain - both urban and distant from civilization. The Shimano Acer rear derailleur offers smooth and fast gear changes regardless of the conditions in which you have to ride. For your safety, we have opted for high-quality hydraulic disc brakes that not only offer high braking power, but are also easy to service. Combined with 160 millimetre brake discs, they give you full braking power whenever you need it most. KROSS Evado 5.0 is equipped with a suspension fork SR Suntour Nex HLO offers 63 millimeters of travel, and the hydraulic lock located in the fork crown will allow easier and more efficient crossing of flat sections of the route. 28-inch wheels have been equipped with tires, thanks to which even driving on sandy surfaces will not be an obstacle for you.

Driving technologies

To create the frame KROSS Evado 5.0 we used solid aluminum - it is an improved aluminum alloy 6061, it is a perfect compromise between high rigidity and low weight. It is characterized by high resistance to external conditions, fractures and impacts. By shading all the frame tubes, we were able to maintain the strength of the structure while reducing weight. It is also hydroforming the frame, thanks to which we were able to obtain aesthetic, unparalleled in other models shapes of individual tubes. The frame is powder coated, which translates into the durability of painting and its resistance to mechanical damage.

• The improved 6061 aluminum alloy is an excellent compromise between high rigidity and low weight. It is characterized by high resistance to external conditions, fractures and impacts.
• The method of shaping pipes by forcing a special liquid under high pressure. This technology allows, above all, to obtain lighter constructions characterized by higher strength and precision of workmanship.
• Braking precision is increased by eliminating unnecessary adapters, which affects the rigidity of the connection between the frame and the caliper. Better heat dissipation extends brake life and improves brake performance.
• Disc brakes guarantee us high braking power and good modulation even in the harshest weather conditions, and their service life is much longer than traditional brakes.
• System In order to protect our frames as much as possible, we have created a system of replaceable hooks that can be easily and quickly replaced in the event of damage. To reduce the possibility of damage to the frame to a minimum, the threads are placed on a hook or on a special nut.
• A method of painting consisting in applying electrified powder paint particles to aluminum that require heat treatment. After sintering, the surface of the varnish forms a perfectly smooth coating extremely resistant to mechanical damage.
