Equipment

Hexagon  5.0 is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a universal bike. The Microshift MEZZO rear derailleur makes it easy to shift gears even on rougher terrain. To make braking effective in all conditions, we equipped Kross Hexagon 5.0 with  hydraulic disc brakes and discs with a diameter of 160 mm. They provide much more braking power than classic  V-brakes . It is also a much greater and more precise  modulation of the braking force  than in the case of mechanical disc brakes. The SR Suntour XCE28 suspension fork with a stroke of 80 mm  will smooth out any unevenness on the road, and also handle the terrain efficiently.

Technologies

The Kross Hexagon 5.0 frame  is made of  aluminum performance. It is a special  performance 6061 aluminum alloy,  thanks to which the bicycle frame is rigid and resistant to damage. At the same time, it is a relatively light material that can surprise many cyclists with its properties. The frame  is  powder coated  , which translates into durability of painting and its  resistance  to  mechanical  damage  . Kross Hexagon 5.0  is available in two wheel sizes - 27.5 inches and 29 in all frame sizes. However, regardless of which size you choose, you will find them adapted to light terrain 2.1 inch wide tires.
