KROSS LEVEL 3.0

KROSS Level 3.0 is the epitome of universality. A mountain bike that will be found both in the city and in the field. Not limited to one wheel size, it allows for a wide range of accessories such as a rack, mudguards and a kickstand. We equipped it with a suspension fork, and the frame was made of solid aluminum. These are not the only technologies that are on this bike.

KROSS Level 3.0 in 2022 is a continuation of the thought guiding us when designing the previous generations of this bike. It's not just a new varnish on the frame - we've introduced many additional improvements that translate into pleasure and comfort of driving.

A real harvester

The KROSS Level 3.0 bike is a universally applicable bike that will adapt to your needs and requirements. We managed to achieve this thanks to the appropriate geometry of the bike, which does not force a sporty, aggressive position. This allows you to relieve your forearms and better observe what is happening on the road in front of you. The individual sizes of KROSS Level 3.0 frames allow the use of 27.5 or 29” wheels. Thanks to this, each size offers, regardless of the rider's height, the right riding conditions for everyone. We also equipped it with proven drive components from Japanese companies Shimano and Suntour. In KROSS Level 3.0 we have installed a drive operating in a 2x9 system for comfortable drivingin the field and in the city. Thanks to the Shimano Deore M592 rear derailleur and the Shimano Altus M2020 front derailleur, 18 gears are at your disposal, which will allow you to comfortably overcome any hill, as well as  develop high speed while driving on flat sections.

Aluminum frame and suspension fork

We used lightweight solid aluminum for the production of the frame. The improved 6061 aluminum alloy is an excellent compromise between high stiffness and low weight. It is characterized by high resistance to external conditions, fractures and impacts. It is an improved 6061 aluminum alloy, which is an excellent compromise between high stiffness and low weight. It is characterized by high resistance to external conditions, fractures and impacts. To ensure the lowest possible weight, the frame elements are shaded. In the frame, we used internal cable routing, thanks to which we obtained an aesthetic and elegant frame. Internal cable routing also makes it easier to keep the bike clean and minimizes the risk of the cable snagging on roots in the field. The KROSS Level 3.0 bike is also hydraulic disc brakes. Thanks to them, modulation of the braking force is much easier than in the case of classic V-brakes. The bike also has a suspension fork SR Suntour XCM RL with a stroke of 100 millimeters, which facilitates riding on uneven terrain and overcoming urban bicycle roads. On the steering wheel there is a lock handle that allows you to stiffen the shock absorber, which translates into better pedaling efficiency when driving on flat sections or downhill sections. To ensure high grip on forest paths, we equipped the wheels with Schwalbe Smart Sam tires adapted to the size of the rim. The other components are high-quality KROSS products and a saddle from the renowned Italian brand Selle Royal.

•  A method of forming pipes by injecting a special liquid under high pressure. This technology allows, above all, to obtain lighter structures characterized by higher strength and precision of workmanship.
•  Internal cable routing extends the life of the cables and sheaths, protecting them from mud, sand or rain.
•  Disc brakes provide us with high stopping power and good modulation even in the most severe weather conditions, and their service life is much longer than traditional brakes.
•  Braking precision increases by eliminating unnecessary adapters, which affects the stiffness of the connection between the frame and the caliper. Better heat dissipation extends brake life and improves brake performance.
•  For maximum protection of our frames, we have created a system of replaceable hooks that can be easily and quickly replaced in the event of damage. To limit the possibility of damage to the frame to a minimum, we place the threads on the hook or on a special nut.
•  A method of painting consisting in applying electrified particles of powder paint on aluminum, which require thermal treatment. After sintering, the varnish surface creates a perfectly smooth coating, exceptionally resistant to mechanical damage.
•  A precise weld smoothing technique that enhances the aesthetics of the structure without compromising its strength.
