Recommended dosage:

Preparation: Dissolve 1 tablet depending on taste preference in 500 to 750 ml of water. 1 - 4 tablets (for caffeine-free flavors) or 1 - 2 tablets (for flavors with caffeine) per day.
General fluid intake recommendation for activities of more than 60 minutes:

• drink approx. 200 - 300 ml in the hour before exercise
• drink approx. 150 - 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise
